Although for you as an adult working learner time management is of paramount importance to your academic and professional success, it is usually not given the attention it deserves. The key to success in any endeavor is proper planning and at the heart of this planning is the appropriate management of your time. Normally, we fail to recognize that "time" is scarce resource. In fact it is very scarce because a minute gone will not be replaced or brought back.
