E-CAPS (Electronic Career Advising & Placement Services) is organizing a series of workshops for the learners:

 

The first workshop which is about “Preparing yourself for Future Job: Writing Resumes & Cover Letters” was held on, Monday, 24 th March, 2008, 4:00 – 6:00 pm, in the college building, and was presented by Dr. Sally Harb - Knowledge Horizon Training Company.
During the workshop, the facilitator Dr. Sally Harb has covered in details all the topics related to the definitions of Resume and Cover Letter, how to write a professional cover letter for your resume, how to build a strong and effective resume, then she has briefed all attendees with some tips related to interviewing techniques, and at the end, she has requested all of them to provide her with their attempts on how to build and design their own CV’s and cover letters.

The second workshop which is on the subject of “Career Advising: What it means and where to start?” is proposed to be held on Wednesday, 16 th April, 2008, 4:00 – 6:00 pm, in the college building . The workshop will be presented by Dr. Feda Shahein - Knowledge Horizon Training Company.

The third workshop is on the topic of “Microsoft “Outlook”: The Powerful Communication Tool” and should be held Monday, 28 th April, 2008 by the e-TQM College’s IT Department.

The forth workshop is on “Plagiarism Detection Software” and is to be held on Wednesday 7 th May, 2008 by the e-TQM College’s IT Department.
