Refund Policy

The e-TQM College refund policy for learners who withdraw during the Spring and Fall semesters is as illustrated in the following table:

Type	Deadline	Refund amount*
Program Withdrawal	Up to the 4th week from the start of the semester	70% of the course fees will be refunded
Program Withdrawal	After the 4th week from the start of the semester	No refund or transfer
Add/Drop courses	Up to the 2nd week from the start of the semester	Transfer the course cost to the learner's account
Course Withdrawal	From 2nd week to 4th week from the start of the semester	70% of the course fees will be refunded/ transferred * (Material cost Not refundable)
Course Withdrawal	After the 4th week from the start of the semester	No refund or transfer

No refund is made for summer sessions

* Please note that there are no refunds for books and other course material, supplies, or application fees. Additionally, as part of the Refund policy adopted in the College; the College may retain an administrative fee of no more than 500 UAE dirhams, this administrative cost may be in addition to the percentage of tuition, which may be retained by the institution as provided above.
