On behalf of e-TQM College staff and faculty, it is our pleasure to welcome you into your new academic family. Starting today, you are going to be introduced to a whole new perspective of higher education. An experience that clearly demonstrates the leader in you; one that has accepted the challenge of trying a common life activity, in an uncommon setting. That is online learning, e-Learning.
In this new endeavor, your commitment and self-motivation are the forces that shall shape your experience and outcomes all along. Yet, this independent approach to learning doesn’t mean you have to be completely isolated, and this is what our newsletter e-TQM College Times is all about.
Here at the e-TQM College, our promise is to keep you connected throughout your academic journey. Not only to your Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), but also to your college, and to your fellow learners. First, I would like express gratitude and pride at now being part of the e-TQM family and I warmly welcome you to e-TQM College on behalf of the graduate learners!
By choosing the e-learning approach you will have a unique experience here. e-TQM College is leading a new era of education in the region and especially in the UAE. Through your journey at e-TQM, it will become clear that the college values not only its quality of education but also your convenience by adopting the latest technologies for course delivery.

In fact, I can assure each and every one of you that you are here at e-TQM because you deserve to be and because you can bring something new and add value to this unique learning community which depends on a totally new form of education; online or e-learning.
