Changing a Program within the Same School
- A learner who seeks to transfer from one program to a different program within the same school must submit a completed “Request for Internal Transfer Form” to the Admission and Registration Office within the first two weeks from the beginning of the semester in which he/she wants the transfer to take effect.
- The learner shall discuss the transfer with his/her advisor and seek the approval for the change
- The Admission & Registration Office shall forward the request for change of program to the Dean of the school to which the learner seeks the transfer within five days of receiving it.
- The Dean of the School to which the learner is intending to transfer shall make a decision on the learner’s transfer request within five days from receiving it and forward the decision to the Admission and Registration Office. The Admission and Registration Office shall communicate through a formal letter the decision of the Dean of the new School to the concerned learner within three days of receiving it.
Change from one School to Another
- A learner who seeks to transfer to another program that falls within jurisdiction of a different school must submit to the Admission & Registration Office a completed “Request for Internal Transfer Form” within two weeks from the start of the semester in which the change is to take effect.
- The learner shall discuss the transfer with his/her advisor and seek the approval for the change
- The Admission & Registration Office shall forward to the Dean of the new School the learner’s request; together with the transcript of the learner and any other necessary documents within five days of receiving it.
- Depending on the admission requirements and availability of spaces, the Dean of the school may approve or disapprove the learner’s request for transfer. The Dean shall look into the request and make a decision within five days of receiving it and communicate that decision to the Admission and Registration Office; who in turn must communicate through a formal letter the Dean’s decision to the learner within three days.
