Through the Distinguished Visiting Professor Program, an initiative launched by the Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University, the VEC organizes various seminars, public lecturing, corporate training, consulting and troubleshooting visits, workshops and forums throughout the year. The aim of such programs is to disseminate knowledge and gain cutting–edge insights by involving distinguished gurus having industrial and / or academic expertise to conduct these activities. The Virtual Executive Club administers The Feigenbaum Leadership Excellence Award. This unique and innovative Award is dedicated to honor men and women in the Arab World for their exemplary leadership in driving their organizations to fulfill their role in both business and society. The award is one of the key activities of the Middle East Quality Association, whose objective is to encourage the adoption of Total Quality Management at all levels in the Middle East region through active awareness and educational programs.

VEC members are provided with interaction opportunities with senior executives, decision-makers and eminent management gurus and practitioners from all over the world; moreover, members have access to best practices through the Virtual Executive Club affiliations and alliances with other International Associations such as the Middle East Quality Association.

Every month, The VEC addresses particular themes and business issues for discussions and debating through the "Guru of the Month". Members are encouraged to take active role in participating in the QME (Quality Management Experts portal), a unique platform where Quality professionals, students, researchers, academicians can come together to network, innovate and research. VEC members will stay informed and updated on the latest global TQM knowledge and challenges through the University’s International e-Journals on Excellence that are continuously enhanced to cover all sectors of economy.
