Program description
The program is intended for education administrators and managers within the education sector. Mid-to-upper level managers of people, process, or technology, in education face the challenges of developing new ways of educational administration using contemporary technologies and will benefit from this program. The program draws on the latest research in the area of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and their application at the managerial level in educational settings. Leadership practices have shifted due to the integration of ICT in the work place and management requires Continuing Professional Development (CPD). The courses delivered in this program will explore methods of designing, implementing, analyzing, organizing, and evaluating contemporary resources so as to transform educational practices in line with globalization trends.

Target Audience
The Master of Art in Online Education Leadership & Management (MA OELM) is an inno-vative online program designed for education leaders and managers to become effective in the utilization of contemporary educational resources. The program is designed to prepare a new generation of highly qualified & exceptional educational leaders and managers who are well prepared, academically strong, and technologically enabled and responsive to the needs of the diverse contemporary knowledge societies.
Delivery Strategy
The program is delivered using a blended learning approach designed to accommodate working individu-als that brings in the benefits of face-to-face learning, online collaboration fostering interaction through the use of synchronous / asynchronous online communication tools and self-paced learning supported by web-based material, study books, pre-recorded sessions, books, etc.

The overall tuition fee for the entire MA OELM program is 72,000 AED.
