The HBMeU Working Papers are refereed papers sponsored by the HBMeU. Our goal is to encourage HBMeU faculty and staff to undertake research projects that investigate and advance the scholarship of Total Quality Management and to provide them an opportunity to have their academic work peer reviewed prior to publication.

We encourage faculty and staff to submit essays and reports they consider nearly complete. All submissions will be considered works in progress, working papers the authors intend to revise and submit for publication elsewhere. Some of the working papers will be posted on HBMeU website with the author’s permission.
